eCaseStatus™ is available to licensed users of Needles® Case Management Software version 4.6 or higher and requires a Needles customer identification number.
If you've been keeping current with your Needles update CDs, you are ready to start using eCaseStatus today! The newest email marketing capabilities added to eCase are powerful and effective. (To utilize the email capabilities, you must be using Needles 4.7 or higher in your office)
Setting up eCaseStatus for your firm is quick and simple. You will have your own administrative panel that makes exporting out of Needles a breeze! If you do happen to need assistance or have any questions, customer support is available to help you.
Once you are set up with eCaseStatus, you can schedule ongoing upload sessions right from your Needles software. Most eCase customers choose to do their automatic uploads every night when their office is closed, which makes the eCaseStatus connection highly efficient and completely unobtrusive.
There is a one-time set up fee for eCaseStatus and a monthly subscription charge. A minimum subscription period of 12 months is required. Payment can be made in advance or in monthly installments. Company checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted forms of payment.
